School is almost out and summer is quickly approaching. The Summer Reading Program “Get a Clue @ Your Library” will be here soon! Children ages 0 to 12 will want to sign up to play the “Get a Clue” Reading Game and earn prizes for reading. Just for signing up, you’ll get a special book bag, bookmark, reading log, Legoland coupon, and a coupon for a free mini cheese pizza courtesy of Peppino’s Italian Family Restaurant. You can earn prizes like a tattoo, a disappearing ink pen, and a magnifying glass. Finish the game and you’ll be entered into a drawing for the bigger prizes. You’ll have a chance to win a pass for bowling or a round of mini golf, gift certificates, and even a bike! In addition, parents and children can enjoy special programs such as a comedy magic show, a puppet show, and a musical performance with audience participation. Don’t miss your chance to join in the fun! The Summer Reading Program runs June 22 to August 3. Take a look at the SRP website for more information.
